1. Agreement to Terms

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Paid Plans

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code

Using NovaPulse to send marketing emails, promotional campaigns, or unsolicited commercial email is strictly prohibited. Our platform is designed for transactional emails only.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NovaPulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. We use Resend for email delivery and other third-party services to provide various aspects of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

In no event shall NovaPulse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
